You set your own class fees. We take a share of each one, on the entries you actually receive. Solos are one rate, ensembles another, and both slide down as your festival gets bigger. Nothing between seasons.

Most festivals charge about three times a solo fee for an ensemble. If yours is closer to one, it’s worth a look — a choir takes far more of your week than a soloist does.

Only the money inside each band is charged at that band’s rate, so growing never costs you more per dollar than it did before. Ensembles sit three points above whichever rate applies. Stack in every discount you qualify for — Season Pass, Founding Festivals, turning off adjudication — and your rate still never drops below a hard floor of 6%.

An average of $3.93 an entry, or 13.1% of what you collect. Charge more and we charge more; cut your fees to widen access and ours come down too.
Unlimited judges, admins, volunteers, classes and disciplines. Billed once after registration closes, against what you actually collected — waived and bursary entries never appear on our invoice. Minimum $395 per event. Canadian organizers have applicable GST/HST added on top; US organizers are billed in USD with no Canadian tax added.

What do we pay between seasons?
- Nothing. You're billed once, when registration closes, against what you actually collected. Your data and your performer profiles stay live year-round at no cost.
How do you charge for a 60-voice choir?
- As one entry, at the ensemble rate on your choral class fee. We never count the children inside a group — the school registers once and pays once.
Does growing cost us more per dollar?
- Never. The scale is graduated like tax brackets — only the money inside each band is charged at that band's rate, so crossing a threshold can't raise your rate on everything below it.
What if we keep our fees low on purpose?
- Then we earn less, which is how it should be. There's a $395 minimum per event so a very small festival is still worth supporting properly, and that's the only floor.
Is support really included?
- Yes. Training, onboarding and in-festival support, unlimited, at every size. We don't sell support plans.
Can we start with just judging?
- Yes. Plenty of band, guard and cheer shows already have registration sorted and only want adjudication. That's quoted separately — ask us on the demo.
Do we pay, or do the families?
- Your call, and you can change it each year. Build it into your class fees, absorb it, or show it as a service fee at checkout.
What if we want to leave?
- No lock-in and no exit fee. Export your entries, results, critiques, certificates and financial history in standard formats whenever you want. Performer records belong to the families, not to your festival or to us, so they stay with the performer regardless of what your board decides.

Our first ten festivals help us build the thing.
Founding Festivals get four points off their rate, whatever band they’re in, adjudication included, for their first two seasons — and a direct line into what we build next. Open to the next ten organizers who sign, whatever their size or discipline. That discount still respects our 6% floor.
